Wife and I both had leftover latkes this morning also reheated in the air fryer! My parents brought a cold cuts platter for Hannukah dinner last night from a kosher deli so I actually put a slice of turkey on mine and it was fantastic. How have I never thought of putting an egg on a latke?!?!
