Ingredients: Brown rice, Tofu, Zucchini, Asparagus, Green peas, Chickpeas, Arugula, Chia seeds, Dried basil

Half of the ingredients I got from the farmers market, cooked the chickpeas myself. I am pretty new at this but I’m getting the hang of it! Even downloaded myfitnesspal and honestly I’m having a lot of fun and enjoying myself while researching and making these meals. This community has also been really helpful and inspiring!
