Top ones were the first batch, I ended up double frying the last 8 and they turned out a lot better!

Filling is beef, carrots, jalapeños, bell pepper, onion, garlic sautéed then finished simmering in tomato purée and chicken stock. Used cumin, Spanish paprika, chili de arbol powder and bay leaves + S&P.
