Looks good! I need a square foam box for the ambiance though. =)

Approximate recipe for anyone interested:
– 2lbs Ground beef – 1 large onion, minced – 3 cloves garlic, minced – 2 carrots, minced – ~8 mushrooms, sliced – 1 tomato, diced – ~4tbsp flour – ~4tbsp fat/oil – ~2 pints water – Dark soy sauce, to taste and for darker color gravy – Worcestershire sauce, to taste – House seasoning, to taste
In large pan, break up and cook ground beef, season well. When meat is cooked but most of liquid has evaporated, remove most of the rendered fat, leaving ~4tbsp. Add onions and cook a few minutes until more translucent. Add the rest of the veggies and cook until liquid evaporates and everything starts to brown up and get some color. Add flour and mix well, cook for a few minutes. Incorporate water while stirring, to break up any clumps of flour. Season with Worcestershire sauce and dark soy (I usually use dark soy for the color). Adjust with more house seasoning to taste. Liquid can be adjusted with more water or evaporating. Serve over white rice, with a “poppy egg” on top.
