Seriously, I wasn’t hating. Fried taco with potato filling with chicken, ground beef or just veg. Shredded lettuce, pico, any kind of cheese although usually used queso fresco. Yer gold! Can also mix the cheese with the potato filling and not just as topping. Sour cream! Tapatio!
