1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon fermented fish sauce
2 tablespoon palm sugar or regular sugar
2-3 cloves garlic
1/2 lime
minimum 1 thai chili or as many as you can handle
1/4 teaspoon MSG
peanuts
dry shrimp optional
crab optional

1. Using mortar and pestle, pound garlic, sugar and chili pepper into paste. 2. Add mango, papaya and carrots 3. Add fish sauces, lime and msg. 4. Pound mixture. For mango light pounding and mixing. Papaya and carrots require heaving pounding to breakdown tissue. 5. Toss in peanuts and shrimp, optional. 6. Taste and season to your desire.
