I got on the scale yesterday and was 221lbs and just disappointed that I’ve crept it back up. Two years ago I hit under 200lbs for the first time in 5-10 years. I’m so tired of my body making me lazy and holding me back, so back on the band wagon today!
I wish I could ease into dieting/ changing my eating habits but I know myself and if I ease into it I won’t do it. It’s all or nothing, I keep in mind that “I can do hard things.”

Breakfast: Two protein shakes
Late lunch: English muffin, 2oz roast beef & 1 egg
Early dinner: teriyaki/pineapple chicken meatballs, 2 oz pasta with balsamic
Pre BJJ snack: 2 cup strawberry
Post bjj & late dinner: 2 cans of tuna, 1 cup cottage cheese, cilantro & lime
