For the first time ever, an LA breakfast place didn’t overcook my scrambled eggs. I’m completely astounded. In fact, everything on my plate was cooked perfectly. The hashbrowns were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Bacon was on point. Pancakes had great wheaty flavor and were pillowy soft. The OJ and coffee are really good too. 10/10

Soft scramble 😌
I don’t know if the quality is still good but old pantry cafe downtown has perfectly soft scrambled eggs and crispy bacon.
Clark Street Diner is owned by a local highly regarded baker
Because of that their bread/toast is also really fantastic
I know some people hate on Clark Street but I personally love it and think it’s a welcomed addition to LA’s diner scene.
