How disappointing – Tacos Los Desvelados (Glendale) messed up my order, gave me something I don’t like, and won’t issue a refund

Just now, on the recommendation of LA Taco’s app, I hit the Tacos Los Desvelados in Glendale for a take-out order. (I live in Pasadena but was getting a haircut nearby.) My order was a Taco Desvelado and an al pastor Padrino taco. But when I got home, I had two ~~tortas~~ sopes: asada and what I think is cabeza (pictured). Hungry, if not annoyed, I demolished the asada pastor – but I don’t like cabeza and so I’m throwing it out. When I called the restaurant, they acknowledged my order was messed up. That said, because tortas are more expensive than what I got, there won’t be a refund issued. Wth?!
