Made and froze a batch over the weekend, and defrosted a few on the counter today for about 30 mins.

Medium-high heat in the pan with vegetable oil for 6 mins, flipped it and put the whole thing in the air fryer for another 6 mins.

Turned on the broiler, flipped again and added cheese, plus buns toasting on the next rack down. Topped with avocado and some leftover spicy Japanese mayo I had on hand. So good!

Great workday lunch in less than 20 mins active
