I found a bingsu machine. It’ll power on and spin up, but I can’t get the cylinder to freeze. Any advice?

   I live in a big city, and I stumbled over this beast on the sidewalk one night! Took it home on a dolly and now I’m trying to get it working. I don’t speak Korean unfortunately and Google Translate is not super helpful with the text on the front. Can’t find information online about this manufacturer, let alone a manual.

   By pressing buttons and turning the knob on the side, I can get it to turn on and make the cylinder spin for a while. The digital display is a timer that counts minutes, and sometimes once the cylinder’s been spinning for a while it’ll say ER02 (or ERR2, can’t remember) and stop the spin. I’ve got the intake and outflow lines plumbed in to my kitchen water supply, but that doesn’t appear to change anything. I can’t get the cylinder to freeze. Am I missing something obvious, or should I assume it’s broken?

   Thanks in advance. I’d never heard of bingsu, and now I really want some.
