



I cooked this in an oven at 240 for 30 minutes exactly after letting steak sit to get to room temp for about an hour. Not sure if it got quite to room temp as my meater thermometer was dead so i just winged it. Ive been known to nail steaks but this is probably my best yet. All i used for seasoning was salt and pepper and seared it on a hot pan in extra virgin olive oil for about 1 minute 30 on each side after i took it out of the oven. It was so tender but yall let me know how i did.
