Don’t see any smoke ring on those ribs… I know it is a big USA chain but curious if any good?

Also curious. I’ve been eyeing it on ubereats.
Will give it a try, I love BBQ
Currently a 4.1 on Google which is not a good sign, considering how new they are. If you go through the actual reviews, there are red flags everywhere.
The food in those pictures does not look fresh.
Looks dry af
I’d give it a try, but will happily continue going to Benny’s a little further up Yonge.
Yeah, it’s not great. It’s clearly a franchised operation with food made in a centralized factory and warmed up on-site.
When you walk in, it doesn’t smell like cooking at all.
Edit: I went early and the meat was microwaved leftovers from the previous day. The fried okra was pre-battered, par-fried and frozen.
I started a thread on this the week they opened and finally tried it last week.
Really enjoyed it and had not had Dickey’s since living in Dallas many years back.
Brisket was solid melt in your mouth.
Mac & cheese, beans were really good.
Coleslaw was gross.
Maybe kind of pricy for what it was. But will try again. Some of those reviews were red flags but some ridiculous. Complaining that bbq was not fresh. No such thing as fresh slow cooked meat. It’s made earlier in the day and sold until it runs out.
Spent $100 on ribs and two sides. Got them home and four people agreed salty past being edible. Even the coleslaw was salty, or maybe taste buds were destroyed by then. Straight into the garbage.
Edit: Forgot to mention the $5 sides are about two tablespoons each.
