Butter chuck & mash.

    Potato was diced and pre-cooked 4 hours on low in 2 cups of water. Everything else was then too slow cooked low 4 hours.

    Main ingredients –

    Jar of “Butter Chicken” simmer sauce

    250g Chuck steak

    150g Edamame beans

    ½ Red Capsicum

    1 large Potato mashed with 3 tbs Margarine and 3 heaped tbsp Milk Powder. Just a little water added, jacket left on. Served with Sour Cream and a sprinkle of Sweet Basil.
