You cooked this perfectly. Lifelong ramyun eater. You dont know how many instant noodle posts I see where the noodles are bloated to heck. Also excellent touch with cayenne. That sounds delicious. I think i will try the hoisin cayenne combo. Your soup looks very flavorful and spicy good.
