This is my default order at any thai place in the states, but I’ve never had the authentic street food version in Thailand.

My favorite thing about eating in Thailand was they’ll just toss a fried egg in anything. Delicious. Ooh. Also the Roti. And the best fruit in the world. And the sticky rice. You know what, it was all my favorite.
