Hello, I have a [pound of ground wagyu beef](https://i.imgur.com/NAH5cWv.jpg) in the freezer, and was hoping this sub could provide some favorite Serious Eats recipes that would help put it to good use.

I find that if I search by the ingredient itself, the site mainly returns results that have the ingredient in the title, and I may be missing out on some good ones that just incorporate it.

I am a reasonably proficient home cook and open to any suggestions.

Really appreciate any input. Thanks in advance for any help.

Wagyu is know for its high fat content. So any recipe that will work well with lots of fat would be perfect. But I’d suggest a simple preparation to let the ingredient shine. Don’t put a bunch of seasoning in it. Don’t do something that will render all the fat to be drained. So something like making it into taco meat would be terrible, because you’d add a lot of spices and pour out the fat.

    I’d suggest a burger.
