



Taking over Barlata on South Lamar. We got to go to the soft opening last night and I was floored at how good everything was. We had 4 dishes:
1-Tartar De atun y gambas (tartar)
2-Albondigas (meatballs)
3-Setas al carbon(hummus)
4-Parka de patio (paella)
Flavor profiles I’ve never had before.

These look like some really nice plates.
Super excited to try this place. I grew up eating at Barlata and will miss it (and especially the patatas bravas) immensely.
