Ah yes the national dish of Australia, according to one of our more well known chefs. Looks like a fine rendition. Not cheap in Ghana? (according to one of your other comments).

Fried squid is the absolute best. My favorite is here in southern Spain – “puntillitas” – which are fried baby squid about the size of your thumb. They are eaten whole and have a taste/texture that is out of this world!
