    Talk about the best combo of textures and flavors! Savory meat, runny fried egg, fishy sweet spicy sauce, crisp pickled veggies, rice that’s melds all the flavors together. Hot dang, so good

    The only time I’ve found broken rice outside Vietnam was in a 5 kilo sack in Paris that I had to lug back to London on the Eurostar. Everyone thought I was weird when they heard about my souvenir. Jokes on them, it was brilliant
