    1. Housemade (in a 항아리!) makgeolli with melon puree

    2. Various amuse bouche

    3. Bream hwae with diced dongchimi and quinoa and a strawberry puree. Did not like the strawberry but otherwise good

    4. Onion soup with gat oil and cheese toast. Really good. 갓 oil really worked as a sharp contrast to the rich soup

    5. Gamjatang pasta (gamjatang made as usual, then the meat and veg was minced and made into a tortellini, with the broth reduced for the sauce). Topped with kkaetnip breadcrumbs and ddeulkkae oil. Definitely the standout dish

    6. Chicon gratin wrapped in kkaetnip jjangachi

    7. Tenderloin au poivre with various stuff including a killer homemade ssamjang and banchan

    8. Some dessert with a butterscotch cream and a raspberry coulis

    9. Petit fours

Overall a very eclectic, at times confusing, but innovative menu that incorporates Belgian/French and Koream flavours. It’s fun to see European chefs do this sort of fusion here in Seoul.
