One of the Biggest thing I miss about Japan is the ability to eat raw eggs without worry. I just can’t bring myself to have raw eggs in the US. Even just the general egg quality was worlds above the US. I’ve actually been looking into places that import them lol even if it’s expensive.

Thank you for reminding me that gohan means rice!! Took 8 years of Japanese and can’t believe I forgot the word for rice
