My brother, who lived in Leeds for almost 2 years, missed fry-ups, so I took him to a place that serves them where I live in the Netherlands.

Those sausages look raw and why are the beans in a jar?! Bet your brother couldn’t wait to get back to Leeds

Your brother lives in a city where he can get a fry up in about 509 locations, yet had to go to Amsterdam to get one?

    I fear for your brother

Why are the beans in that jar?? Ramekins are bad enough!

And those sausages look a bit dodge.

What’s wrong with him that he couldn’t get a fry up in Leeds?

I see food, but where’s the full English?

EDIT: I noticed a lot of confusion in the comments and this is my fault for not making the context clearer. My brother no longer lives in Leeds (hence the past tense in the title) and moved out about a year ago; he really enjoyed the fry-ups there and that’s one of the things he missed the most about the UK. I live in Delft (the Netherlands) and he recently relocated to Rotterdam, which is just 20 minutes away, so I took him to a restaurant in Delft that serves English Breakfast. The restaurant in question is Bij Best

You would think people on a subreddit about English breakfast would understand the past tense of an English word

cant believe they made your beans hostage, confined them, and yeeted them at your yolk.

the toast however looks great and they understand how much butter (that’s butter, right?) is required to have a good time.

you could use a little more avocado in your drink though if im honest

The Irish Pub in Rebrandt Sq Amsterdam sells fry ups. 😋

    Nothing better.

Can we all agree that whatever absolute fuckwit bellend put the beans in a fucking Mason jar deserves to be strapped to a rocket and dispatched to the Moon?

    What a massive twunt!

Always nice to see fry ups from different places. Did it sate his needs or just weep for what he’d lost?

  13. Yes lads! Need some proper sausages but looks bang on. Also if you find a local butcher, the Dutch do some decent bacon to.
