OK, so as you’ve no doubt worked out, the oil needs to be less hot when you put the egg in. As long as you’re at the stage where the surface is starting to shimmer you’re good. You might try quartering the mushrooms, and maybe put the tomatoes under a hot grill. But seriously, that’s a great start 👍

Too many beans, mushrooms look dried – chop them in half and fry them. Needs pudding and fried bread!
