\[Edit: Title should say “steel cake pan” but I can’t change it for some reason.\]

I’m making [Kenji’s fool-proof pan pizza](https://www.seriouseats.com/foolproof-pan-pizza-recipe). I’d like to make 2 pizzas simultaneously, but I only have one cast-iron skillet of the right size (10″). I do have a 10″ steel spring-form cake pan. Can I use that and expect good results?

My other options are an 8″ aluminum cake pan or a 12″ cast-iron skillet, but those seem too small and too big, respectively, for my portion of dough.
