They opened last year and offer a few Guangxi rice noodle dishes, Hainan chicken, and pho (Guangxi is across the border from Vietnam). The Guilin rice noodle is the best version I’ve had in the US so far. Very balanced flavors, not too greasy, and unlimited self service toppings – I recommend getting a lot of the pickled string beans. The owner is super nice and told us the chef is from Guilin. Also ordered a braised beef rice noodle and it’s also amazing.
