Hello SE community, I am making dinner for some musician friends and could use some advice.
I am wondering if any of you have done a vegetarian version of this recipe.

Or, if there is a variant with a cream sauce I’d be open for that too, it might even be better.
Can you also suggest a salad that goes along nicely with the pasta?
