Ribs akorn kamado

This was I need ribs I had thawed cooked fast..
4 hours..
You can see.. Pull off bone.. Smoke ring.. Not as much as I wanted
Akorn is super efficient so this cook I made it a tad hotter to get some Cooked chunks..
I wrapped them… At around internal 190
SAUCED in pc chepotle sauce.. If you from Canada.. You know..
Then removed smoking stone. Opened vents and let temp. Climb to get the sizzle on the ribs..
Turned out awesome
