The recipe is really easy, I marinade the oysters in
1/2 cup soy sauce
Splash of vegan Worcestershire
Splash of cider vinegar
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
2 cloves garlic
1 scallion
1 tsp Chilli powder
1 tbsp white miso paste
(Those are all guessed measurements haha),

Then just sear on a high heat until you see some browning, flip and repeat, and you’re done

And the wild garlic pesto is
1/2 cup toasted cashews
2/3 cup nutritional yeast
2 cups wild garlic
Splash of water or EVOO (I know this sub is oil free, I’ve made it with oil and water and the oil version has more flavour but both work!)
Splash lemon juice
