You ever try huevos rancheros ? Dip corn tortilla in hot oil for 10 seconds lay tortilla on paper towel to get excess oil off then fry eggs to your liking and put on top of tortilla with a Chile con queso topping or pico de gallo but I personally like kimchi on as topping or I make a red salsa with my red Chile small peppers I grow they are round bright red and so delicious 💕
