I make these a dozen at a time. 10 min of prep for a week of eggy delicousness. Tastes fab as a side with rice or noodles. I also vadd it to my ramen, eat at as a salty snack with beer, cut it up to mix into fried rice. Soooo good.
My recipe. Boil eggs about 15min. Peel. Put them in a closed container. Ad half water, half soy sauce, little whatever spicy sauce you like, and whatever else you want. Ex: Sugar Sarachi Green onion Garlic Sambal Onions Fish sauce
Experiment! I like to wait overnight to eat it. But if I can’t wait I just spoon on some extra soy concoction.

Add some soy sauce on it and it’ll be even more delicious

This looks so delicious. The perfect jammy yolk and the marinade seems to be perfect. I hate that Covid wrecked my taste buds and soy sauce currently tastes like gym socks to my broken palate because this looks really simple and delicious.
