Cool! If it’s as good as Sazan I’ll have to try it out. How limited is the menu at this point?

Where is this? Can’t find it on Google maps yet

I am sorry, that looks really oily.

Does Sazan use weirdly shallow bowls?

Can you just walk in for the soft opening?

I remember the owner or one of the owners saying they wanted to open this spot to cater to college students and do unlimited bean sprout ramen option. Not sure if that’s still a thing. I just worry because it’s hard for restaurants to survive near campus.

    Great 15$ for soup. Really?

Folks are so simpish. Trash food

Sazan has been the worst of the ramen I’ve had in Austin. Every time I’ve been, the food has been cold (or room temp at best) & the service has been lax. Ive also noticed that the place has a bit of a weird, permeating smell…… Maybe this one will be it!

Well, for their “hard” opening, I hope they get some char on that Pork.

    Otherwise, looks tasty

I went to Sazan 3 days ago and they were having their Taylor Swift singalong party which was actually kind of a vibe, I had the vegan spicy ramen and it was in fact spicy as hell but still really good. The veggie steamies were top shelf as well and the service was quick and friendly, personally had a great experience and would def go again on my next Austin visit.
