I’ve been recovering from disordered eating for ~4 years now. I’ve kept a food diary this past week to help me practice intuitive eating. I haven’t counted calories in about two years, but I often get the itch to and keeping a diary has helped to quell that.

Yesterday was pretty representative of how the last week has been overall. Feeling grateful that I’ve been balancing whole foods while still giving myself space to eat a sweet treat or some pizza without guilt!

Just felt like celebrating the joy in plants and progress with somebody 🥳

Side note: the babybel and the cream cheese are vegan, plus the lemon loaf is home made!
