Would have been more interesting if it was occupied by more independent stores. Most of them are franchises with locations at other malls. But I guess the rent isn’t affordable enough.

This is great, Fairview is a bit of an epicenter of the Chinese community, nice to see more Asian stores coming up there.

I grew up around Fairview, it was a staple of my teeanaged existence, this might actually entice me to go back after many many years.
