My first attempt for the Packers game early this morning. (As an American, it was the best I could find in my area)

Somewhere near and a good first attempt. You can easily cure some pork if you can’t get any proper bacon, depending on the cure it’s usually a 2/3 day job but it’s only about 20 mins work in that time.
I’d definitely eat the breaky in the pic.

Very good effort. Ordinary American-style bacon would have done but pork chops are an inventive alternative. Well done. Upvoted.

What you’ve done with the pork chops looks really good. Sausages look great. Heinz beans. Eggs look nicely done. I’d say that’s a very good 8.5/10

Great job, impressive British food foraging, and lovely cook on the sausages.

I like your choice of beverage. If you’re going to drink beer in the morning, it should be PBR.

I’d go for tinned tomatoes rather than fresh ones, but that’s a personal preference. Looking tasty af

The before and after photos are nicely done also.
Edit: That egg box is scary. That’s because the eggs are washed. Ours keep at room temperature because we leave the natural coaring on along with the odd feather.
