I’d happily inhale this. You need to separate your beans and eggs and mushrooms though! Sausages make an ideal breakwater for this.

Those beans look like they have attacked the rest of the plate, get them separated. Otherwise, a stand up effort! Not a big fan of German bacon, but I know how hard it is to get back bacon there.

I mean, it’s a little insulting (the plating). Separate everything apart from eggs which can go on toast if you want. Beans do not need to be in a pot. Really solid effort, mushrooms need a bit longer and never ever ever serve a tomato like that. It needs to be charred on grill, seared in pan or left in the fridge.

I love Germany and the hearty food there, but your bacon absolutely sucks. How come we get nicer Danish back bacon in the UK when you share a border with them?
