They say we eat with our eyes first especially when food looks colorful and delicious and I’m sure this tasted good but honestly it doesn’t look appetizing and eggs look like they were taken out if fridge / egg carton and plopped there and if eggs had been fried I think plate would of look more appetizing !

I just made chicken korma for the first time this week. I’ve enjoyed Indian food since I was a kid. Chicken korma is my favorite dish so much so that I’ve ordered it at pretty much every Indian place I’ve ever been to. I’m so thrilled I can make it whenever I want to now. It’s not quite as good as restaurant korma, but it’s close and I will tweak the recipe to make it even better next time.
Anyway, adding eggs to curry is delicious and that’s going into my recipe next time.

In case you don’t, should consider trying finishing cooking the eggs with the rice. Lets the spices soak into egg
