Went on a hike but didn’t eat much – do I up my calorie intake for the next 2 days? (eg 2000 for next 2 days?)

    See how you feel tomorrow; if you’re hungrier, up your calories by a couple hundred. What I tend to do is have a larger protein and fat filled breakfast if I wake up hungrier after a super active day, then eat based on how I feel over the course of the day.

    If you’re this active multiple days in a row, then definitely up your calorie intake.
