
It’s been quite a few years of searching for the best of the best pizza I can find. In my most recent trip to NYC I decided to go for more of a classic.
The pie was the “Regina Margherita”
Leoparding was phenomenal. Buffalo mozzarella tasted very close to what I found in Italy, as well as the sauce. Beautifully chewy crust that was well seasoned.
The cons? I was extremely disappointed in the actual restaurant. Since it’s not just a slice shop I was kind of hoping it would have been cleaner and more of an inviting environment. Pizza did well to make up for it.
