I replaced the bread flour with all purpose flour because that’s what I have. But these have received raving reviews from everyone who has tried them so far (myself included). They’re kinda… biscuity? Cakey? Unclear on how to describe the texture, but it’s definitely different from you tollhouse cookie!

    Oh. I also used a hand mixer instead of a standing… again.. because that’s what I have as a little fledging.

    I used this recipe on Thursday, but by hand and with bread flour! They turned out freaking spectacular 🤤
