The rice (buried under there) came out perfect this time! Good Shawarma type dish, with a nice kick from the Cholula Hot Sauce but I need a small mandolin for carrots to keep the slices anywhere near uniform. I’d ut the water from 2/3rds a cup to 1/4 to mix in the Chicken Broth at the end. Flavor 8/10, Texture 8/10, Smell 8/10, View 9/10, Overall 8/10
