Figured I’d share a FDOE. Some stats on me — 35/F 5’1 and currently 160.2 lbs. I eat around 1300 and then have 2 flex days where i eat up to 1600 for a good weekly average of around 1400.

Here’s what I ate yesterday:
Breakfast – 388 cals – cold brew protein shake + Kodiak protein blueberry muffin –
* Great Value cold brew concentrate * Fairlife chocolate shake * Coffee-Mate sugar free hazelnut creamer * Kodiak blueberry muffin i made using their packaged muffin mix

* 2 Hershey Kisses – 44 cals
* 15 grams Wintergreen Pink Candies – 60 cals
Dinner – 255 cals – Spaghetti
