Is anyone else having an issue redeeming this memorial day promo for former members? It said the first box will be $20.98, but then I clicked “Resume my plan” and it reopened my account and the price went back up to $60.95.
I’ve tried entering the code in the email, but it says it’s invalid.

Yes exact same problem. I chatted with customer service and they were no help. I ended up canceling.
