Why did my Hello Fresh deactivate itself??

I’m due to have my first hello fresh box delivered on Sunday (28/5/2023) which is free apart from $9.99 shipping. I’ve just woken up to this email saying that they have received my cancellation but I didn’t cancel my plan??
The email came through at 1:20am on Wednesday morning (24/05/2023) and it said on my app yesterday that if I wanted to make any changes, skip or cancel that I had to do it by 11:59pm on the 27/5/2023.

Does anyone know if I will still get my box delivered seeing as the cancelation email arrived after the cut off date? In the app the box I ordered still comes up in the order history section but there has been no money taken from my account as of yet 🤷🏼‍♀️

Has anyone else experienced their plan deactivating itself? I’m really at a loss of why it would do that, did I do something wrong? The credit card attached it still valid and in date and there is money in my account so it’s not in arrears or anything like that.

For reference this is in Western Australia ☺️

    This happened to me and my girlfriend, apparently all it takes to resolve this is chatting it up with customer service. Usually it happens to users that live in apartments or new homes, sometimes previous home owners will have had hello fresh and your address is already in their system. Just talk to customer service and they will tell you why and resolve it
