10/10 This meal was great! The fruit with the pork was a great compliment and the pan sauce just pulled it all together. The sides were filling and delicious. Would highly recommend! I did make some small changes.. I added more sour cream to the mashed potatoes to make them more creamy and I added fresh garlic to the potatoes and the green beans. ProTip – add some of the Pan sauce on top of the Mashed potatoes 😋
