Someone recommended checking Aldi for a replacement flatbread if I wanted to try making them at home. I don’t have any Aldi’s near me but I found this at Trader Joe’s this morning and it looks nearly identical to the flatbread HF sends, just a longer version. I’m looking forward to trying them out this weekend and wanted to share if anyone else has been looking for some.

Yep I do this all the time! If you cut one flatbread in half it’s about the size of the HF flatbreads, so one package will make 4 pizzas. You can also freeze them and thaw later.

ALDI’s Specially Selected Artisan Flatbread looks like this. Their Naan works great as well.
