New taco stand opened up in Pasadena on Altadena & Washington in front of 711 and it’s amazing.
They have asada, chicken, cabeza, and pastor, but the Al pastor was on the spit, which is always a must. The meat was super tasty although could have been a tiny bit charred.
For the burritos, they grill the cheese onto the tortilla and then hand you the tortilla to fill it with all types of onions, salsa, pickles veggies, etc before they wrap it for you. Tortilla was grilled, chewy, and not too thick.
We got 4 tacos and a huge burrito we couldn’t even finish all for $21. We will def be going back soon.
