What kind of pan is needed for this? What’s it called? I don’t have one and I’m getting it in my box. Anyone have a link to one? Any alternatives to use to make this if I don’t get one?

That’s a cast iron skillet! It helps distribute heat more evenly but you should be able to use any oven-safe pan/dish.

I believe in the “show details” area it tells you what supplies you need. It does look like a cast-iron skillet or dutch oven.

You can use a shallow round cake pan if you have to, it worked for me.

is a cast iron skillet super high maintained skillet you actually have to care for it and with kids not happening I usually just skip the recipes that need it.

You need a 10″ oven safe skillet or a 10″ casserole or pie plate. I’ve made the recipe in stainless steel and in cast iron and had the best results with iron.
