Went back to Daiboku Ramen on 29th, one week after their soft opening day. Full menu to choose from this time. Got the Daiboku wings ($10), Daiboku Miso Jirokei ($14.50) and Smooth Operator ($12) rum cocktail. That’s a full damn meal. Wings come as three pieces, ramen has a flatter noodle than usual, very filling with pork chashu and a buttery broth. I didn’t add on but some are free: extra beansprouts, extra garlic, extra cabbage. At Sazan I order extra noodles, that’s $2-$3 more if you’re really hungry. Didn’t need it this time.
