Taste of Qin Yun is a good local joint for quick take out liangpi noodles. Fave item there is the spicy noodle – very numbing, but also aromatics.

I’m genuinely curious — I’ve seen Mimi and Sunny both get talked up to the moon. But any actual Chinese person I’ve talked to who has gone has said it’s overpriced/overrated. Of course it’s not the case that only Chinese people can cook Chinese food (just as not only Italian chefs can cook Italian food, for example) but what are this dude’s qualifications?
The pics I’ve seen of the food look really underwhelming. For example, the orange chicken looks soggy AF. That long noodle stuff seems like a gimmick to prey on the instagram crowd.
